Open TKB Assistant
Go to Profile → Security
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your request

Can't access the app?

Contact us at tkbassistant@tkbitsupport.de to request account deletion.

Please include the email address associated with your account.

What data is deleted

Your profile information (name, email)
Subscription data
Push notification tokens

What data may be retained

Billing records (retained for 10 years for legal/tax compliance)
Anonymized analytics data

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request.
